Capgemini is looking for a People Data Analyst to execute advanced analytics and data science projects for our global HR stakeholders. In this role, you will build predictive models and compelling dashboards to provide strategic insights on critical HR topics.
What You'll Do
- Execute advanced analytics and data science projects for global HR stakeholders.
- Convert HR and business needs into clearly defined analytical problem statements.
- Build predictive models in areas such as attrition, talent acquisition, DEI, employee experience, and workforce planning.
- Prepare analytics-ready datasets from HR and non-HR sources, working closely with data engineering teams.
- Develop Power BI dashboards using advanced DAX and strong visual storytelling principles.
- Translate analytical results into clear insights and actionable recommendations for non-technical audiences.
- Contribute to reusable code templates, assets, and methodological best practices.
- Collaborate with global project teams across multiple time zones.
What We're Looking For
- Professional experience in People Analytics, HR Analytics, or Data Science.
- Strong programming skills in Python.
- Strong SQL proficiency and experience building analytical data models.
- Advanced Power BI and DAX skills.
- Ability to simplify complex analyses and communicate insights effectively.
- Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent English communication skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience with R is a plus.
