Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand team needs.
  • Develop and implement onboarding programs for new employees.
  • Create and execute employee engagement initiatives.
  • Administer benefits and compensation programs.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR policies.
  • Facilitate employee training and development opportunities.
  • Conduct regular employee satisfaction surveys.
  • Provide guidance on performance management processes.
  • Coordinate with global HR team on regional initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts.
  • Support the planning and execution of team-building activities.
  • Assist in the development of HR budgets and forecasts.
  • Monitor and report on HR metrics and KPIs.
  • Provide support for employee offboarding processes.
  • Coordinate with external vendors for HR-related services.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR information.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department.
  • Assist in the development of HR strategies and initiatives.
  • Support the implementation of diversity, equity, and inclusion programs.

Nice to Have

  • Master's degree in Human Resources or related field.
