Senior Technical Game Designer Full-time Project: Echo Department: Design Location: PL, Warsaw (Remote/Hybrid) Company Description Our studio is a leading independent AAA game development organization with a global team of talented professionals working across multiple international locations. Responsibilities: - Full ownership of game design functions from conceptualization through delivery - Creating player interactions with game environments and enemies - Designing engaging game mechanics collaboratively with multiple departments - Implementing player character behaviors using advanced scripting systems - Serving as primary technical game design contact - Identifying and resolving workflow challenges - Conducting playtesting sessions - Generating comprehensive design documentation - Mentoring junior team members - Occasionally supporting recruitment and onboarding processes - Spending approximately 80% of time in game engine Qualifications: - 6+ Years professional game design experience - Minimum one shipped AAA game on PC/console - Advanced Unreal Engine 4/5 knowledge - Strong game design theory and practical experience - Proficiency in visual scripting and programming languages - Extensive toolset familiarity - Comprehensive understanding of game design principles - Analytical problem-solving capabilities - Deep comprehension of systems design and player psychology - Strong communication skills in English - Ability to prioritize and deliver high-quality work under tight schedules - RPG genre knowledge - Excellent mentoring capabilities Offered Benefits: - Private medical healthcare - MultiSport card - Complimentary game and book library - Language learning opportunities - Office amenities - Flexible working arrangements - Virtual health and wellness resources - Professional development programs - Creative team environment Job Location: PL, Warsaw (Remote/Hybrid)
