Anchorage Digital is hiring a People Business Partner, Corporate. In this role, you will serve as a strategic partner to our Global Operations, Compliance, Legal, and Internal Audit teams. You will help shape organizational strategy, enhance the employee experience, and drive results within our fast-paced, intellectually curious company culture.

What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as an HR business partner or similar role, ideally within financial services, fintech, or a regulated environment.
- Strong track record of successfully partnering with senior leadership on strategic organizational and talent initiatives.
- Deep expertise in complex people programs, including strategic compensation planning and succession management.
- Ability to navigate the unique needs of compliance, legal, and audit functions.
- Excellent communication and influence skills to drive results in a dynamic setting.
