P1 Security is hiring a Pentester 5G (ASEAN)

P1 Security seeks a Senior Penetration Tester for its Expert missions team, focused on enhancing the security of critical mobile network infrastructure. In this full-time role, you will deliver red team audits primarily for telecommunications customers across the ASEAN region, helping to secure sovereign networks.

What You'll Do

• Perform red team audits on customer premises, preferably working remotely.
• Spot vulnerabilities across different interfaces of the target: operation and maintenance, signaling, and user plane.
• Develop proofs of concept to illustrate the effectiveness of your findings.
• Propose mitigations and present detailed reports to customers.
• Contribute to enhancing existing and building new products based on field feedback.

What We're Looking For

• A minimum of 5 years of hands-on penetration testing experience.
• Proficiency in pentesting Linux-based environments and Web applications.
• Experience in scripting languages and automating tasks using bash, Python, or other scripting languages.
• Good knowledge of Linux system architecture, from userspace processes down to kernel modules.
• Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills in technical systems and networked environments.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• English proficiency is mandatory for both written and spoken communication.

Nice to Have

• Certifications like OSCP, CEH, or PNPT would be a plus.
• Knowledge of the mobile environment ecosystem: vendors, operators, billing, and charging.
• Publicly disclosed vulnerabilities.
• Knowledge of Linux tracing and dynamic analysis tools.
• Knowledge of network-based fuzzers.
• Any other language besides English would be appreciated.
