Weflow is seeking a Contracts & Compliance Manager to review, negotiate, and manage client and vendor agreements for our midsized consulting firm. You will ensure contractual risk is identified and mitigated, align terms with company standards, and support business teams in closing deals efficiently and compliantly.
What You'll Do
- Review, modify, and negotiate Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Master Services Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), and other commercial contracts.
- Identify legal, financial, and operational risks and propose practical mitigation strategies.
- Ensure contract terms align with company standards, policies, risk tolerance, and industry best practices.
- Partner with sales, delivery, finance, and leadership teams to support deal execution.
- Maintain standardized contract templates and fallback positions.
- Track and manage contract obligations, renewals, amendments, and expirations.
- Support audits and internal reviews related to contractual compliance.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for contract-related questions from internal stakeholders.
- Improve and document contract review processes to increase efficiency and consistency.
- Coordinate with internal counsel as needed for complex or high-risk matters.
- Provide guidance and training to internal teams on contract fundamentals and risk awareness.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Legal Studies, Finance, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience reviewing and negotiating NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, and commercial contracts.
- Strong understanding of contract law principles and risk management.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to interpret complex legal language.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to balance risk mitigation with business practicality in a consulting environment.
Nice to Have
- Juris Doctor (JD) or paralegal certification.
- Experience in a professional services or consulting firm.
- Familiarity with contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools.
- Experience working cross-functionally with sales and delivery teams.

This role supports the Operations team, partnering closely with sales, delivery, finance, and leadership.
