Karat is looking for an Interview Engineer to join our team in Colombia. You will facilitate technical interviews with software developers globally using our platform, focusing on creating an inclusive hiring process by mitigating bias and providing objective evaluations.
What You'll Do
- Facilitate technical interviews through Karat's platform.
- Create an enjoyable candidate experience while evaluating fundamental coding skills and technical knowledge.
- Provide input on candidate performance, coding style, communication skills, knowledge question answers, and coding approach.
- Collaborate with Karat to test content, processes, and products.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience as a Software Developer or Engineer.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and oral) with a high level of professionalism and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable access to a working webcam, microphone, and a stable Internet connection.
Nice to Have
- Experience conducting technical interviews (e.g., data structures, algorithms).
Work Mode
This is a fully remote position based in Colombia.
