About the Role

Assist individuals in achieving their mental health goals through one-on-one support, group sessions, and educational resources.

Responsibilities

  • Provide one-on-one support to individuals.
  • Facilitate group sessions and discussions.
  • Develop and share educational resources.
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure comprehensive support.
  • Monitor and document progress and outcomes.
  • Offer crisis intervention and support.
  • Encourage self-advocacy and empowerment.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development.
  • Contribute to the development of support programs.
  • Assist with program evaluation and improvement.
  • Provide feedback to the care team.
  • Offer support to family members and caregivers.
  • Promote a safe and supportive environment.
  • Advocate for individuals' needs and rights.
