About the Role
Assist individuals in achieving their mental health goals through one-on-one support, group sessions, and educational resources.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one support to individuals.
- Facilitate group sessions and discussions.
- Develop and share educational resources.
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure comprehensive support.
- Monitor and document progress and outcomes.
- Offer crisis intervention and support.
- Encourage self-advocacy and empowerment.
- Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards.
- Participate in ongoing training and development.
- Contribute to the development of support programs.
- Assist with program evaluation and improvement.
- Provide feedback to the care team.
- Offer support to family members and caregivers.
