RWJ Barnabas Health is hiring a PD Physical Therapist to evaluate, plan, and implement Physical Therapy treatment in close collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. You will provide comprehensive services to meet the individual needs of patients at our MMC Southern Campus.
What You'll Do
- Evaluate and treat muscular, skeletal, neurological, and cardiovascular patients.
- Develop treatment plans based on patients’ functional abilities.
- Analyze gait to make appropriate recommendations for assisted devices.
- Assess patients’ balance, coordination, and proprioception abilities.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive services.
- Work with referring physicians to address individual patient needs.
- Make referral recommendations for additional patient care services as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For
- Must meet basic professional entry-level educational requirements from an accredited physical therapy program.
- Licensed to work in the state of NJ.
- BLS Certification through the American Heart Association.
- Computer literate.
- Successful completion of all required orientation programs.
Nice to Have
- Acute care experience.

This is an onsite position based at our MMC Southern Campus.
