Kohl's is seeking a PCA Analyst to join a fast-growing, tech-driven team specializing in private market transactions. In this analyst role, you will gain hands-on exposure across every stage of a secondary process, working directly with senior team members and clients on dynamic deals.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain financial models at both the fund and asset level.
- Analyze portfolios, review data rooms, and prepare valuation materials.
- Draft marketing documents and client presentations.
- Support execution and project management across live deals.
- Collaborate with the platform and technology team to enhance workflows.
What We're Looking For
- 1–2 years of experience in investment banking, consulting, Big 4, or via strong internships.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems with strong attention to detail.
- A genuine interest in private equity and secondary markets.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving startup environment—flexible, proactive, and self-directed.
