Honeydew is hiring a Patient Service Representative to be a primary point of contact for our patients. In this role, you will directly support our mission by delivering excellent service, answering calls from patients, labs, and pharmacies, and assisting patients through live chat on our website.
What You'll Do
- Provide exceptional customer service to all incoming callers, addressing questions, concerns, and requests promptly and courteously.
- Develop a deep understanding of products and services to effectively answer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Listen attentively to customer concerns, troubleshoot problems, and escalate issues to appropriate departments for resolution.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
