VirtueStaff is hiring a Patient Intake & Scheduling Coordinator to be the primary point of contact for new patients. In this role, you will manage the critical first steps of the patient journey, converting leads and referrals into scheduled appointments and ensuring a seamless, professional experience.
What You'll Do
- Actively monitor the CRM to identify and process new patient leads and medical referrals.
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing patients to facilitate scheduling and answer inquiries.
- Manage the full scheduling lifecycle for new patients, including the distribution and collection of required intake forms.
- Navigate medical referral workflows to ensure timely patient care and documentation.
- Execute consistent follow-up protocols after appointments to ensure patient satisfaction and continuity of care.
