As a Patient Intake & Scheduling Coordinator, you will oversee the flow of patient appointments and ensure all administrative components of intake are completed accurately and on time. Your role is central to maintaining organized patient records and facilitating timely access to care.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient scheduling by managing calendars, confirming appointments, and accommodating urgent requests
- Verify insurance information and collect necessary documentation during the intake process

Qualifications
- Proven experience in medical administration, preferably in patient scheduling or intake coordination
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and medical terminology
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal
