Shae Group is looking for a Partnership Relations / Account Manager to own the post-sale lifecycle and drive success for our strategic partners. In this role, you will be the primary relationship expert responsible for onboarding, KPI delivery, renewals, expansions, and collections, leveraging AI-assisted tools to maximize efficiency and partner satisfaction.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary contact for assigned partners; manage onboarding, delivery milestones and ongoing KPI tracking.
- Draft and manage MOUs, NDAs, SOWs and renewal cadences using AI-assisted systems; maintain an audit-ready contract register.
- Collaborate with Finance on billing and collections, and with Product and Execution teams on service delivery, proactively escalating risks.
- Run quarterly business reviews, executive check-ins, and partner enablement or training sessions as needed.
- Surface upsell and expansion opportunities and support the creation of pricing proposals and negotiations.
Work Mode
This is a fully remote, global contractor position. Candidates based in the Philippines, South East Asia (Poland, Romania, Ukraine, Bulgaria) are preferred.
