Requirements
- 1-2+ years of experience in a role requiring outbound customer contact, such as cold calling, telemarketing, or retail sales with a strong emphasis on customer interaction and meeting sales/conversion goals, preferably within the Welfare, HR Tech, or Fitness industries in Italy.
- A 'hunter' mentality. You are motivated by targets but prioritize quality and sustainability. Ability to manage a high volume of daily tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain an organized sales pipeline in a fast-paced environment. You're skilled at tracking leads, scheduling follow-ups, and managing your calendar.
- Exceptional persuasive skills with the ability to speak the language of both small business owners and corporate executives. Advanced level of English is required.
- A process-oriented professional who thrives in an automated environment and looks for ways to reduce operational friction.
