Transurban is hiring a Partner Recruitment Development and Onboarding Manager

About the Role

Transurban is looking for a creative, data-driven Partner Recruitment Development and Onboarding Manager to bring our partner offers to life and drive member engagement. You’ll lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and optimisation of targeted marketing campaigns across digital channels, ensuring our partners shine and our members feel rewarded.

What You'll Do

  • Design and deliver best-in-class, data-driven partner marketing campaigns.
  • Work with partners and internal teams to shape campaign strategies aligned to member needs and program goals.
  • Manage end-to-end execution — from insights and channel planning to creative development and optimisation.
  • Monitor performance metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions, ROI) and use insights to refine future activity.
  • Run A/B tests and experiments to push campaign performance forward.
  • Create compelling, on-brand content and copy across email, social, web and in-app channels.
  • Collaborate with marketing, analytics, product, tech and partner management teams to ensure cohesive delivery.
  • Coordinate with external partners and agencies to align on objectives and deliverables.
  • Support budget management and ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Stay across industry trends, member behaviours and competitive activity to inform strategy.

What We're Looking For

  • A degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
  • Proven experience in campaign management, copywriting and digital communications.
  • Strong understanding of customer engagement, loyalty programs or retail e-commerce.
  • Experience building connected, omni-channel customer journeys across owned digital channels.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation, analytics and AI tools (e.g., Salesforce, Braze, Tableau, Power BI, Copilot, ChatGPT).
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple campaigns.
  • A data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action.
  • A proactive, creative approach to problem-solving.
  • Experience managing budgets and optimising resources.
  • Comfort working in an innovative, start-up-style environment within a large organisation.
