Paired is looking for a Part-time Social Media Manager to manage and grow our production company's online presence. You'll focus on Instagram with potential expansion to TikTok, creating and scheduling content, engaging with the community, and supporting our lead generation and brand awareness objectives.
What You'll Do
- Schedule and post content (photos, videos, reels, stories) on Instagram.
- Organize and maintain a content calendar for upcoming posts and campaigns.
- Write engaging, on-brand captions optimized for engagement and lead generation.
- Implement relevant hashtags and calls to action.
- Monitor comments, messages, and interactions to keep the community active.
- Engage with followers and relevant accounts to boost visibility and reach.
- Track basic performance metrics (views, likes, saves, reach) and share insights to improve results.
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience managing social media accounts, with Instagram required.
- Strong understanding of social media trends, hashtags, and content strategy.
- Experience with content scheduling tools.
- Excellent writing and communication skills with attention to brand voice.
- Reliable, organized, and proactive with time management.
- Passion for storytelling and connecting with audiences through social media.
Nice to Have
- Experience with TikTok is a plus.
