Cornerstone is looking for a Part Time Server to join our team. In this role, you will provide personalized, anticipatory service to members and guests across our clubhouse dining venues, banquet spaces, and outdoor terraces. You will uphold the club’s luxury hospitality standards while creating a warm, professional, and memorable dining experience.
What You'll Do
- Deliver refined, member-focused table service with strong menu and wine knowledge.
- Present food and beverages according to established service standards, including synchronized service, proper course pacing, and correct wine presentation.
- Anticipate member preferences and build rapport with regular guests.
- Accurately enter orders into the POS system and ensure clear communication with kitchen and bar teams.
- Execute banquet, tournament, and private event service with precision and professionalism.
- Maintain immaculate table settings, side stations, and overall dining room appearance.
- Handle member concerns discreetly and escalate issues appropriately.
- Follow all alcohol service regulations and club policies.
What We're Looking For
- A flexible schedule, including availability for evenings, weekends, and the peak golf season.
Nice to Have
- Experience in upscale dining, a private club, or a luxury resort.
- Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, and seasonal menus.
- Polished appearance and a professional communication style.
- Ability to remain composed during high-volume service periods such as tournaments, weddings, and holiday events.

- Compensation: $21.00-$23.00 per hour.
