Seven Starling is hiring a Part-Time Licensed Therapist - Women's Mental Health - Washington DC licensed

Responsibilities

  • Provide therapy to women with mental health needs.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans.
  • Conduct individual and group therapy sessions.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
  • Ensure compliance with ethical and legal standards.
  • Participate in regular supervision and training sessions.
  • Facilitate support groups and workshops.
  • Provide crisis intervention when necessary.
  • Coordinate care with other healthcare providers.
  • Educate clients and families about mental health issues.
  • Assist in the development of community outreach programs.
  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations.
  • Provide consultation and support to other professionals.
  • Advocate for clients' rights and well-being.
  • Participate in program development and evaluation.
  • Maintain a safe and supportive therapeutic environment.
  • Ensure confidentiality and privacy of client information.
  • Provide culturally sensitive care to a diverse client population.
  • Stay current with the latest research and best practices in mental health.
  • Participate in team meetings and case conferences.
  • Provide feedback and input on program improvements.
  • Assist in the training and supervision of new staff members.
