Saddle Hill Travel is looking for a Technical Project Manager for Paleohacks. You’re a program manager who hates ambiguity and loves turning big, messy ideas into clean, executable plans. You’ll bring calm to chaos, spot problems early, and ensure nothing slips through the cracks, especially when things get busy.
What You'll Do
- Own project-level scoping, sequencing, and execution for complex cross-functional initiatives.
- Convert leadership decisions into clear plans with owners, timelines, and definitions of done.
- Prevent scope creep and surface risks and tradeoffs early.
- Manage end-to-end execution for funnel launches, optimizations, and go-to-market initiatives.
- Coordinate across marketing, creative, product, engineering, data, and operations.
- Write detailed dev tickets, acceptance criteria, and QA checklists.
- Translate business requirements into technically accurate scopes.
- Manage risks around tracking, attribution, checkout flows, pricing logic, subscriptions, tax, and martech.
- Review meetings and docs to extract decisions, commitments, owners, and timelines.
- Enforce planning and execution standards in Asana and keep visibility high—even under load.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Technical Program or Project Manager who excels in turning ambiguity into action.
- Expertise in managing cross-functional projects from scoping through execution, especially in marketing and product launches.
- Strong ability to write precise technical specifications, tickets, and checklists.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills across diverse teams.
- A proactive approach to identifying and managing project risks and tradeoffs.

Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation: $3,500–$4,500/month
