Rentokil Initial is looking for a Paid Search Specialist to join our digital marketing team and directly impact global PPC campaigns. You will be responsible for optimizing and rolling out paid search recommendations to drive conversions and increase ROI across our global web estate.
What You'll Do
- Deliver operational implementation of our Paid Media Strategy in collaboration with the Paid Media Manager.
- Provide markets with support and advice on Paid Search optimization strategies and best practices.
- Assist with strategy and planning for improving and maximizing the Global ROI of Paid media.
- Execute paid search conversion rate tests, collect performance data, and extract insights into actionable optimization plans.
- Create and maintain best practice documents and guides to share with markets.
- Pro-actively test, evaluate and maximize the efficiency of Google product betas.
- Maintain strong market relationships, keeping them updated on campaign progress and success.
- Monitor, analyze, and provide detailed reports and recommendations on paid media performance for markets.
- Investigate account and agency issues and source best-practice resolutions.
- Support Quality Score improvements across accounts.
- Support sharing paid search learnings with the SEO team and all other digital channels.
- Leverage organic search insights and plug them into paid search channels.
- Set up and manage accounts or campaigns to drive acquisition where required.
- Lead creation, development and management of paid landing pages, collaborating with UX/CRO teams.
- Assist with expansion into other paid marketing channels like Paid Social, Local Service Ads, Display and Video.
- Collaborate with colleagues in markets, across categories, agencies, and third-party suppliers.
- Evaluate and manage agencies and third party suppliers using ongoing KPI measurements.
- Stay on top of industry trends to ensure our paid search strategy remains ahead of the curve.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 12 months experience in Google Ads Paid Search.
- Google Ads Certified.
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office / Google Suite, especially Excel/Sheets.
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with the Google Ads Interface and Editor.
- Experience with analysis and reporting.
Nice to Have
- Undergraduate degree.
- Experience in managing multi-lingual Paid Search Accounts.
- Bing Search Engine Marketing (SEM) experience.
- Paid social experience with platforms like Facebook or LinkedIn.
- Google Data Studio experience.
- Google Analytics Certified (GA4).
