Maxana is hiring a Paid Meta Ads Creative Specialist to develop high-performing creative solutions for Meta advertising campaigns that drive engagement and conversions for a HealthTech client. You will collaborate with a creative director to conceptualize and produce innovative ad creatives, leveraging data insights for optimization.
What You'll Do
- Create compelling ad creatives for Meta (Facebook and Instagram) that effectively communicate the client's value proposition.
- Create high-performing, scalable ads, both static and animated (GIFs), combining performance-driven strategy with strong visual craft.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and requirements for targeting and messaging.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and conduct A/B testing to refine creative strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with Meta’s advertising policies and best practices to ensure compliance and optimal performance.
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all creative assets.
- Assist in visual storytelling that enhances user experience and increases audience engagement.
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in advertising creative, specifically for Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram).
- Hands-on experience creating high-performing, scalable ads, both static and animated (GIFs).
- Proven track record of producing high-performing ad creatives that drive engagement and conversion.
- Portfolio shows proven results and premium design sensibility.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and familiarity with Figma.
- Strong understanding of Meta’s ad formats, including image, video, carousel, and collection ads.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust creative strategies accordingly.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to work within multidisciplinary teams.
Nice to Have
- Experience working within the health or wellness industry.
- Familiarity with performance marketing metrics and experience utilizing them to inform creative decisions.
- Knowledge of emerging trends in digital advertising and social media marketing.
