Caiz is looking for a Paid Ads Specialist to join our marketing team. You will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns to drive targeted traffic, increase brand visibility, and achieve measurable results for our innovative blockchain-based Islamic finance ecosystem.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute effective paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, and others.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to inform campaign strategies.
- Create compelling ad copy and design eye-catching visuals aligned with brand guidelines.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Manage advertising budgets to ensure efficient allocation and maximum return on investment (ROI).
- Stay abreast of industry trends, new ad formats, and platform updates to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align paid advertising efforts with overall marketing strategies.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of work experience in a Paid Ad role.
- In-depth knowledge of advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Advertising.
- Proficient in data analysis and using analytics tools to measure campaign performance.
- Strong creative and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Diploma, Bachelor or Master Degree in Marketing, Advertising or a similar field.
- Fluent in English.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge or experience in Cryptocurrency/Blockchain.
