As an Outside Sales Representative, you'll play a key role in identifying customer needs through on-site property evaluations and delivering customized solutions for attic, crawl space, HVAC, and roofing improvements. You’ll conduct detailed inspections using advanced diagnostic tools, then clearly present project options and guide clients through decision-making with confidence and professionalism.
What You’ll Do
- Perform comprehensive evaluations of residential structures, documenting conditions and recommending targeted improvements.
- Deliver clear, accurate proposals and walk customers through package benefits, ensuring informed decisions.
- Follow through on post-sale questions and coordinate with internal teams to support smooth project transitions.
- Submit precise estimates and inspection documentation promptly to keep operations on track.
- Work closely with field supervisors and subcontractors to verify project details and maintain service quality.
