About the Role

This position is responsible for generating new business by identifying prospects, conducting face-to-face meetings, and presenting tailored insurance solutions to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and reach out to potential customers through networking and community engagement
  • Conduct in-person meetings to assess client insurance requirements
  • Present customized coverage options based on individual or business needs
  • Close new sales and process applications efficiently
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activity
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address questions
  • Stay current on product offerings and underwriting guidelines
  • Attend local events to build brand awareness and generate leads
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics
  • Collaborate with team members to share best practices and strategies
  • Use digital tools to manage pipelines and track progress
  • Educate prospects on policy benefits and coverage details
  • Handle objections professionally and provide appropriate solutions
  • Support marketing initiatives through client referrals and feedback
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development
  • Uphold compliance standards in all sales activities
  • Maintain a professional image in all client interactions
  • Build long-term relationships to encourage client retention
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts
  • Adapt communication style to suit diverse customer backgrounds
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and follow-up requests
  • Coordinate with underwriting and service teams when necessary
  • Promote financial protection as a key component of personal planning
  • Represent the brand at industry or community events
  • Use feedback to refine sales approach and improve results

Compensation

Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission structure

Work Arrangement
