Mass General Brigham Community Physicians, Inc. is seeking an Outreach Phlebotomist Float. Under the direction of the Phlebotomy Coordinator(s), Operations Manager, and Phlebotomy Manager, you will perform a variety of support services for the laboratory and provide phlebotomy services for all clients. This role supports a not-for-profit organization dedicated to exceptional patient care, research, teaching, and community service.
What You'll Do
- Perform phlebotomy services for all clients.
- Perform a variety of support services to the laboratory.
What We're Looking For
- High school completion or equivalent.
- Certificate of completion in phlebotomy or medical assisting, or a phlebotomy course as part of an Associate or Bachelor’s degree program.
- Ability to handle several processes concurrently.
- Ability to effectively deal with a wide range of personalities, technical and support staff.
- Knowledge of medical terminology.
Nice to Have
- 1+ year of phlebotomy experience.
- Demonstrated proficiency in the phlebotomy field.
