About the Role
This position focuses on expanding the client base for OTC trading services by initiating contact with potential customers, qualifying leads, and supporting deal execution through collaboration with internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Identify and target prospective clients for OTC trading services
- Conduct outreach to generate new business opportunities
- Qualify leads based on trading volume and engagement potential
- Build and maintain relationships with high-value clients
- Collaborate with sales and trading teams to close deals
- Present service offerings to potential customers
- Respond to client inquiries about OTC trading capabilities
- Track interactions and follow-ups in CRM systems
- Support onboarding for new OTC clients
- Gather market feedback to inform sales strategy
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of digital asset markets
- Assist in structuring trade proposals for clients
- Work with compliance to ensure regulatory adherence
- Monitor competitor activity in the OTC space
- Report on sales pipeline and conversion metrics
- Coordinate with operations for trade settlement support
- Escalate technical or complex issues to specialists
- Contribute to internal sales training materials
- Ensure accurate client data in company systems
