About the Role

AmeriSave Mortgage Corporation is hiring an Order Processing Specialist for a permanent, full-time remote role. You will manage day-to-day business workflows, focusing on processing orders and handling accounts payable and receivable.

What You'll Do

  • Process customer orders from various platforms including faxes, EDI, and e-commerce sites.
  • Enter accounts payable and receivable data using Excel or Google Sheets and transfer them into QuickBooks Online.
  • Follow up on outstanding payments via email.
  • Create and send invoices through QuickBooks Online.

What We're Looking For

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace (especially Google Sheets).
  • Available to work in US time zones and potential weekend schedules.
  • Available to start within 2 weeks from job offer.
  • Comfortable using time-trackers (e.g., Time Doctor).
  • Own laptop/desktop, noise-cancelling headphones, and webcam.
  • Reliable internet connection of at least 50 Mbps.
  • Available backup equipment for power and internet outages.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and Google Workspace (especially Google Sheets).

Nice to Have

  • Experience in billing, AR/AP, or administrative support.
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks Online and ERP systems (e.g., Katana).
