AmeriSave Mortgage Corporation is hiring an Order Processing Specialist for a permanent, full-time remote role. You will manage day-to-day business workflows, focusing on processing orders and handling accounts payable and receivable.
What You'll Do
- Process customer orders from various platforms including faxes, EDI, and e-commerce sites.
- Enter accounts payable and receivable data using Excel or Google Sheets and transfer them into QuickBooks Online.
- Follow up on outstanding payments via email.
- Create and send invoices through QuickBooks Online.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace (especially Google Sheets).
- Available to work in US time zones and potential weekend schedules.
- Available to start within 2 weeks from job offer.
- Comfortable using time-trackers (e.g., Time Doctor).
- Own laptop/desktop, noise-cancelling headphones, and webcam.
- Reliable internet connection of at least 50 Mbps.
- Available backup equipment for power and internet outages.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and Google Workspace (especially Google Sheets).
Nice to Have
- Experience in billing, AR/AP, or administrative support.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks Online and ERP systems (e.g., Katana).
