Highstreet is looking for an Oracle Cloud Functional Consultant (HCM) to join our team. In this functional consultant role, you will focus on implementing and supporting Oracle Cloud HCM solutions for our state and local government (SLED) clients.
What You'll Do
- Lead and participate in Oracle Cloud HCM implementation projects for government clients
- Provide ongoing functional support and optimization for deployed HCM solutions
- Configure and customize Oracle Cloud HCM modules to meet specific client requirements
- Collaborate with clients and project teams to translate business needs into system functionality
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a functional consultant implementing and supporting Oracle Cloud HCM
- Direct experience working with state and local government (SLED) clients
- Strong understanding of HCM business processes and best practices
- Ability to work independently and manage client relationships in a remote environment
