Boots Opticians is seeking a dedicated Optometrist to join our store in Braintree, Essex. In this part-time, permanent role, you will be at the heart of delivering brilliant patient care, using the latest technology, and supporting the community with clinical excellence. You'll lead clinics and play a key role as part of the store's leadership team.

What You'll Do

• Lead clinics and deliver outstanding patient care.
• Use the latest testing technology to assess eye health and provide expert advice.
• Provide enhanced services, from triage support to advanced assessments, depending on store needs.
• Offer clinical support to colleagues on the shop floor.
• Collaborate with external healthcare professionals.
• Keep your clinical knowledge up to date and share it with others.
• Play a key role in your store’s leadership team, bringing energy and insight to every shift.

What We're Looking For

• GOC registered (or expecting to be within 6 months).
• NHS performer number (or working towards it).
• Excellent communication and organisation skills.
• A genuine interest in patient care and team collaboration.

Nice to Have

• Experience supporting enhanced services.
• A strong understanding of local clinical networks.
