Insight Enterprises is looking for an Operations Supervisor to oversee and direct the day-to-day operations of a Managed DEX team composed of onshore and offshore resources. You will be a certified Nexthink expert and subject matter expert on DEX operations, providing thought leadership and personal delivery expertise.
What You'll Do
- Oversee day-to-day operations of a diverse DEX Operations team delivering services to multiple managed services customers.
- Support critical incidents through excellent customer communication to maintain high satisfaction.
- Troubleshoot, test, and resolve issues within the Nexthink console, diagnose root cause, and develop remediation steps.
- Communicate findings and escalate via ITSM tickets and customer-facing channels.
- Act as a subject matter expert on DEX operations and Nexthink capabilities.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of relevant industry experience in a Nexthink environment.
- 1+ year of experience working with ITSM tools, such as ServiceNow.
- Ability to multitask with strong organization and time management skills.
- Ability to respond effectively to inquiries or complaints within a timely fashion.
- 2+ years of experience as an administrator of Nexthink’s Infinity platform.
- Experience leading and managing teams of technical teammates.
- Possession of Nexthink certifications: Nexthink Partner Product Certification and Nexthink Partner DEX Managed Services Certification.

- Full benefits package.
- Freedom to work from another location—even an international destination—for up to 30 consecutive calendar days per year.
- Compensation range: $110,000 to $112,000 per year.
