As an IT Systems & Ops Engineer, you’ll play a central role in maintaining the technology experience for employees across a distributed, hybrid environment. You'll manage the IT support queue with a focus on timely resolution and user satisfaction, using Jira Service Management to track and prioritize requests while meeting service level expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee user identity and access provisioning across platforms including Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, and Zoom, ensuring secure and accurate access from onboarding through offboarding
- Deliver hands-on support for office-based staff, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, configuring meeting spaces, and providing in-person technical assistance
- Design and implement automated workflows using tools like Okta Workflows and iPaaS platforms to reduce repetitive tasks and improve operational efficiency
- Develop and maintain clear, accessible documentation for internal processes, support procedures, and self-service resources
- Collaborate with teams across Security, People, and Events to align IT services with business needs and enhance the employee journey
- Support company-wide initiatives by contributing to IT projects and occasionally traveling to other locations or events for on-site coverage
What You Bring
- Proven experience administering Okta, Google Workspace, and collaboration tools with a focus on identity management, SSO, and SCIM
- Strong track record in managing support queues with attention to SLAs and user communication
- Hands-on expertise with macOS, device management (Kandji, Jamf, or Intune), and user training
- Familiarity with automation platforms such as Zapier or Make to streamline operations
- Excellent organizational skills and a commitment to clear, thorough documentation
