About the Role

Position Summary Support daily operational tasks, sales activity synchronization, and communication with Operators team and internal MX/Marketing/SVC departments. This role guarantees seamless workflow, precise reporting, and efficient sales process implementation. Additionally, conduct market visits to verify field activity execution. Role and Responsibilities: - Deliver administrative and operational assistance to Sales Manager - Examine sales reports, performance dashboards, and summaries - Arrange meetings, presentations, and client follow-up interactions - Aid in developing sales proposals, quotations, and contractual documents - Monitor sales objectives and performance indicators, alerting management regarding potential deviations - Engage with marketing, finance, and logistics teams to enhance sales support - Conduct field client service investigations - Process customer inquiries and ensure prompt responses - Facilitate Operators' public relations and public perception activities Skills and Qualifications: Requirements: - B.A in Communications / Marketing / Business Administration (completed within past 12 months) - Exceptional organizational and multitasking capabilities - Superior written and verbal English communication skills - Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) - Capacity to perform under pressure, meet critical deadlines, and manage multiple priorities - Robust interpersonal abilities and proactive professional demeanor * This represents a one-year program with potential extension based on organizational requirements and graduate performance. * Please visit Samsung membership to review Privacy Policy, which defaults according to your location.
