Responsibilities

  • Deliver administrative and operational assistance to the Sales Manager.
  • Examine sales reports, dashboards, and performance summaries for insights.
  • Organize client meetings, presentations, and subsequent follow-up actions.
  • Support the development of sales proposals, quotations, and contractual documents.
  • Monitor sales goals and key performance indicators, notifying leadership of variances.
  • Work with marketing, finance, and logistics departments to enable sales operations.
  • Maintain confidential customer service records.
  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and ensure resolution timelines are met.
  • Assist with the PP/PR processes for Operators.
