Responsibilities
- Deliver administrative and operational assistance to the Sales Manager.
- Examine sales reports, dashboards, and performance summaries for insights.
- Organize client meetings, presentations, and subsequent follow-up actions.
- Support the development of sales proposals, quotations, and contractual documents.
- Monitor sales goals and key performance indicators, notifying leadership of variances.
- Work with marketing, finance, and logistics departments to enable sales operations.
- Maintain confidential customer service records.
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and ensure resolution timelines are met.
- Assist with the PP/PR processes for Operators.
