Serve Robotics is looking for an Operations Manager to oversee our logistics operations, from planning shipments to analyzing data. You will be central to developing streamlined and automated processes within an agile, diverse, and driven team that believes in solving complex problems collaboratively and respectfully.

What You'll Do

Manage shipping schedules to ensure they are aligned with organizational needs.
Allocate product based on needs (QA, Dev, advertising, market operations, etc.) and ensure specifications align with recipient requirements.
Plan and book shipments.
Prepare shipping documentation.
Oversee processes for shipment tracking and alerting.
Manage and monitor ongoing shipments.
Monitor logistics invoicing and payments to ensure alignment with quotes.
Manage and analyze shipment data.

What We're Looking For

3+ years of experience in a logistics, data analyst, or supply chain role.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Highly skilled in leveraging spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets), cloud file storage solutions (Drive, SharePoint, etc.), and ERP systems to streamline workflows and optimize efficiency.
Ability to work independently and navigate ambiguous situations.

Nice to Have

Logistics experience including international shipments and dangerous goods shipments (such as lithium-ion batteries).
Highly technical with an understanding of data management and automation using Python, SQL, REST APIs, etc.
