The Oncology Institute of Hope and Innovation is seeking an Operations Manager to serve as the operational leader for 2-4 radiation oncology clinic locations. In this role, you will be responsible for all day-to-day operations to ensure sites safely meet patient care objectives, provide exceptional patient care services, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage staff to meet operational, quality, and financial metrics.
What You'll Do
- Live and exemplify TOI core values, providing outstanding customer service and promoting a positive experience for patients and staff.
- Partner in the recruitment, hiring and training of new staff members.
- Design and implement business strategies to help the clinic meet organizational goals.
- Manage staff by assigning and delegating tasks as needed.
- Develop protocols and procedures to improve staff productivity.
- Act as a liaison between patients, their families and additional care staff.
- Plan and manage the clinic's budget and approve payroll.
- Ensure that all policies and procedures function in accordance with state and federal laws.
- Supervise all clinicians and non-clinician teammates at your locations, and ensure they properly complete their daily responsibilities.
- Perform quarterly and annual performance evaluations on all direct reports, and review evaluations for indirect reports.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent educational background.
- 1-3 years prior experience working in a clinical or healthcare setting.
- 1-3 years of proven success in leadership roles.
- 0-3 years in an operations manager role.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Superior follow-up and follow-through abilities.
- Comfortable holding staff accountable for their responsibilities and deliverables.
- Analytical thinking skills and the ability to exercise sound judgement when making decisions.
- Must be customer service-oriented and prepared to liaise with patients, their families and other care providers.
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented.
- Ability to delegate tasks as needed.
- Ability to spend extended periods of time sitting at a desk.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of a second language is an asset.

This role is the operations leader for 2-4 radiation oncology clinic locations and manages multiple direct reports including supervisors, front and back-office staff.
Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation range: $68,640—$88,718 USD.
