About the Role

Greenheck Group is looking for an Operations Finance Director to provide strategic and financial guidance, ensuring the company's financial commitments are met. You will coordinate accounting and financial reporting, overseeing budget processes, strategic planning, and capital projects within an award-winning culture that prioritizes growth and development.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the annual budgeting and target-setting process for business units along with the monthly forecasting process.
  • Provide direct oversight for a team of division controllers and indirect oversight over the entire operations finance area.
  • Actively upgrade the business unit through professional development, coaching, feedback, mentoring, and creating career paths for team members.
  • Demonstrate effective leadership to instruct or assign work, motivate, coach, and evaluate team performance.
  • Drive continuous improvement with financial systems to advance how the company analyzes and uses data.
  • Leverage technology to eliminate or streamline unnecessary reporting and processes.
  • Drive fact-based decisions by defining key performance indicators and establishing a financial framework for decision making.
  • Provide financial support and oversight by coordinating and communicating with various levels within the organization.
  • Monitor operational statistics, report trends and variances, and take appropriate action.
  • Manage and prepare key strategic and business analyses to support the decision-making process.
  • Prepare appropriate financial analysis to validate business decisions and guide operations management.
  • Effectively drive and manage change, challenge the status quo, and champion new and innovative ideas.

What We're Looking For

  • 8-10 years of relevant work experience in operations finance, with manufacturing knowledge and experience.
  • 8-10 years of relevant work experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • A 4-year Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required.

Nice to Have

  • Professional certification (CPA, CMA) and/or an MBA are a plus.
