SONDA is hiring an Operations Consultant to join the Payments Area. You will play a key role in analyzing, designing, and controlling the implementation of new or modified payment services. What You'll Do
- Analyze, control, design, and operate the implementation of new or modified services within the Payments Area.
- Participate in analysis meetings for new services or modifications to existing ones.
- Control tasks associated with the operational implementation of the Area's projects.
- Design and build tools for operational control.
- Perform data analysis and gather client requirements for both existing and new payment services.
- Extract, construct, and analyze data and trend curves.
What We're Looking For
- Studies in Informatics Engineering execution or analysis.
- From 2 years of experience in similar roles related to Administration, Implementation, and Operation of applications.
- Knowledge in SQL (Oracle required, MySQL desirable).
- Knowledge in Linux RedHat operating system, basic administration, and shell-script.
- Knowledge in Project Administration.
- Knowledge in Web Services at an architectural level (e.g., APIs).
- Proficiency in Python.
- Knowledge in data visualization tools (Power BI).
Nice to Have
- Knowledge in ITIL and ISO20000 is desirable.
