Kentro is seeking an organized and proactive Operations Administrator to execute critical onboarding tasks and ensure new hires have a smooth transition into the organization. You will champion the Kentro brand while building strong relationships with Hiring Managers and stakeholders.
What You'll Do
- Create and send welcome emails.
- Provide pre-onboarding support, including managing pre-hire documentation and security processes.
- Maintain consistent communication with program teams to ensure all standard documentation is completed accurately.
- Build strong, positive relationships with Hiring Managers and both internal and external stakeholders.
- Capture meeting minutes.
- Update email groups with additions and removals.
- Handle new hire orientation for resources.
- Handle incoming emails and correspondence professionally.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic files and records.
- Create meeting minutes for meetings.
- Provide suggestions and insights to improve recruitment processes, tools, and strategies.
- Collaborate with the HR department to ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations and reporting requirements.
What We're Looking For
- Prior federal government experience.
- A Bachelor’s degree (Minimum).
- Proven ability to build relationships and engage all stakeholders to arrive at optimal outcomes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to work independently, and able to work with a high-performing project management team.
- Self-motivated to complete tasks as needed.
- Able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance.
