Online Education Services (OES) is looking for an Online Learning Advisor - Leadership in Business to facilitate learning for students in our Master and Graduate Certificate in Business Administration programs. You will focus on supporting students through their learning journey by delivering content and facilitating activities within leadership and management units.
What You'll Do
- Provide an exceptional student experience through the delivery of academic content developed by partner academics and the learning design team.
- Facilitate learning activities that engage and support student learning.
- Undertake assessment tasks, including moderation, marking, and feedback, as well as processing and submitting results according to set timelines.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of a Masters in Business or related discipline such as Management or Organisational Behaviour.
- Minimum of 3 years recent industry experience in a senior management, leadership, or coaching role.
- Motivated by student success and passionate about online learning.
- Passionate and clear communicator.
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to maintain an engaging and positive online presence.
- Proactive and organised.
- Ability to thrive in a remote working environment.
