About the Role

This position involves driving sales and building relationships with oncology practices, hospitals, and laboratories by promoting advanced diagnostic testing services through consultative outreach and education.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage oncologists, pathologists, and laboratory directors
  • Present comprehensive diagnostic portfolios tailored to client needs
  • Develop and execute territory growth strategies
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and activity reports
  • Attend medical conferences and professional events
  • Collaborate with clinical support teams for case resolution
  • Educate clients on test methodologies and reporting
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies
  • Respond to requests for proposal and contract inquiries
  • Track customer interactions using CRM systems
  • Support market expansion initiatives
  • Coordinate with marketing for local campaigns
  • Address client inquiries about billing and insurance
  • Facilitate sample logistics and test ordering processes
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends
  • Build relationships with key referral sources
  • Deliver in-service training sessions
  • Maintain up-to-date product and disease state knowledge
  • Advocate for patient access to advanced diagnostics
  • Drive adoption of new testing platforms
  • Serve as primary point of contact for assigned accounts
  • Resolve service issues in coordination with operations
  • Participate in regional sales meetings
  • Meet or exceed quarterly sales targets
  • Uphold ethical standards in all business interactions
