About the Role
This position drives adoption of precision oncology testing by engaging oncologists, pathologists, and laboratory directors through education and consultative selling.
Responsibilities
- Promote molecular and genetic testing services to oncology practices and pathology groups
- Develop and maintain relationships with key healthcare decision-makers
- Deliver clinical presentations to medical staff and laboratory teams
- Collaborate with medical affairs and operations teams to support client needs
- Achieve quarterly sales targets within assigned geography
- Conduct territory business reviews and pipeline assessments
- Identify new market opportunities in academic and community settings
- Attend regional conferences and professional events
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies
- Submit accurate sales activity and forecasting data
- Coordinate with reimbursement specialists for client support
- Serve as primary point of contact for client inquiries
- Gather market intelligence and share competitive insights
- Support onboarding of new clients with tailored resources
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of oncology guidelines and testing advancements
- Participate in national sales training and meetings
- Utilize CRM tools for tracking client interactions
- Respond to clinical questions with support from scientific staff
- Advocate for patient access to advanced diagnostics
- Drive awareness of testing protocols among referring physicians
