Construction & Property Group – UK is hiring an Onboarding Specialist (RVA PH)

Responsibilities

  • Organize and manage the onboarding workflow for incoming employees, ensuring all required paperwork is correctly and timely processed.
  • Lead orientation meetings to introduce new staff to organizational values, guidelines, and operational protocols.
  • Act as the main联络 point for new employees throughout onboarding, addressing inquiries and offering assistance.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to develop onboarding assets such as training timetables and learning tools.
  • Track onboarding progress and collect input from new hires to refine the overall onboarding process.
  • Support the creation of system accounts and access permissions so new employees can begin work effectively.
  • Keep detailed logs of onboarding tasks and deliver periodic reports to HR and leadership teams.
  • Remain current with industry standards and innovations related to employee onboarding and integration.
