Responsibilities
- Organize and manage the onboarding workflow for incoming employees, ensuring all required paperwork is correctly and timely processed.
- Lead orientation meetings to introduce new staff to organizational values, guidelines, and operational protocols.
- Act as the main联络 point for new employees throughout onboarding, addressing inquiries and offering assistance.
- Work with cross-functional teams to develop onboarding assets such as training timetables and learning tools.
- Track onboarding progress and collect input from new hires to refine the overall onboarding process.
- Support the creation of system accounts and access permissions so new employees can begin work effectively.
- Keep detailed logs of onboarding tasks and deliver periodic reports to HR and leadership teams.
- Remain current with industry standards and innovations related to employee onboarding and integration.
