Construction & Property Group – UK is looking for an Onboarding Specialist to create a seamless and positive first experience for our new remote team members based in the Philippines. You will be the primary guide for new hires, helping them navigate the process and successfully integrate into our culture and workflows from day one.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate and facilitate the full onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and on time.
- Conduct welcome sessions to introduce new employees to company culture, policies, and procedures.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires, answering questions and providing dedicated support.
- Collaborate with various departments to prepare onboarding materials, including training schedules and resources.
- Monitor the progress of new employees and gather feedback to continuously improve the onboarding experience.
- Assist with setting up accounts and system access, ensuring new hires have all necessary tools.
- Maintain accurate records of onboarding activities and provide regular updates to HR and management.
- Stay informed of best practices in onboarding and employee integration.

- Previous experience in onboarding, HR, or a related role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple onboarding processes simultaneously.
- Proficiency with HR software and onboarding tools.
- Ability to create a welcoming and supportive environment for new hires.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing onboarding issues.
