Xplor is hiring an Onboarding Project Coordinator (REMOTE)

About the Role

Join Xplor’s Fitness and Wellbeing Vertical as an Onboarding Project Coordinator, reporting to the Onboarding Manager. You will play a key role in streamlining and optimizing our client onboarding process, enhancing workflow efficiency and the overall client experience.

What You'll Do

  • Address client inquiries and proactively follow up with unresponsive clients.
  • Oversee client form intake, log data in Salesforce, and track client readiness.
  • Coordinate with accounting to validate Stripe payment setups, ensuring correct billing configurations before client activation.
  • Ensure accuracy in billing terms, pricing, and payment schedules before invoicing, identifying discrepancies early.
  • Create and send ad hoc contract adjustments to clients in onboarding.
  • Maintain Salesforce data integrity, ensuring accuracy in work orders, launch dates, and missing details.
  • Regularly update and clean internal project management tools such as Asana.
  • Project manage ad hoc initiatives to support team objectives.

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in project management, client onboarding, or a similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce and project management tools such as Asana.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.

  • Compensation: $60,000 to $65,000
