Udacity is looking for an On-Call Video Editor contractor based in India to join our talent pool and work with the content development team. You will create engaging, high-quality video content for our global student body, impacting tens of thousands of learners worldwide. This is a contractor position with variable project durations and hours.
What You'll Do
- Edit course content video in Adobe Premiere.
- Create engaging, high-quality videos for a global student audience.
- Juggle a variety of tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Handle both long-term, in-depth editing tasks and urgent assignments.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Adobe Premiere, Adobe Illustrator, and After Effects.
- Experience animating 2D and 3D animations.
- Strong media management and organizational skills.
- Ability to take direction well while exercising sound editorial judgement.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid ability to give and receive constructive feedback effectively.

- A mindset of constantly seeking opportunities to develop technical skills, learning well from failure, and not being afraid to ask questions.
