Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly and professionally upon arrival
- Assist in setting up dining areas before service begins
- Present menus and explain available food and beverage options
- Take accurate guest orders and relay them to kitchen staff
- Serve food and drinks according to service standards
- Monitor guest tables for changing needs during meals
- Respond to guest inquiries and special requests
- Maintain cleanliness of dining surfaces and service stations
- Clear used dishes and reset tables efficiently
- Support beverage service, including pouring water and refills
- Assist in restocking service items between seatings
- Follow hygiene and sanitation protocols at all times
- Coordinate with kitchen team for timely order delivery
- Handle guest feedback and escalate concerns when needed
- Uphold uniform and grooming standards
- Assist in opening and closing procedures
- Maintain awareness of seating capacity and guest flow
- Support special events or private dining setups
- Dispose of waste following environmental guidelines
- Report equipment issues or maintenance needs
- Follow safety procedures in kitchen-adjacent areas
- Assist with inventory of service supplies as needed
- Participate in team briefings and training sessions
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations
- Promote a positive and professional atmosphere
