At Nestlé, we’re looking for a Nutritional Advisor to champion our infant formula and supplement portfolio with healthcare professionals in private hospitals. In this role, you’ll be the scientific expert and strategic partner for your assigned territory in Monterrey, ensuring product recommendation, availability, and trust.
What You'll Do
- Establish solid relationships with healthcare professionals, ensuring adequate coverage and quality service to generate portfolio recommendations based on deep scientific knowledge.
- Comprehensively manage private hospital institutions, engaging with opinion leaders and decision-makers to guarantee portfolio availability and presence.
- Offer superior service through proper planning to achieve satisfactory results in service indicators and market share.
- Train and develop potential healthcare professionals and institutions, maintain an updated contact database, and schedule efficient work routes.
- Verify product availability and rotation at points of sale to ensure end users can obtain recommended Nestlé products.
- Train pharmacy clerks and commercial partners to ensure superior point-of-sale execution, drive WHO Code compliance, and provide adequate consumer guidance.
- Attend to consumer complaints regarding infant formulas by clarifying concerns or channeling them appropriately to build trust in our products.
What We're Looking For
- A completed Bachelor's degree.
- An intermediate level of English.
- An intermediate level of Excel.
- Strong numerical agility.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proven experience in sales and medical detailing.
Work Mode
This role is based onsite in Monterrey.
