Responsibilities
- Provide virtual care and support to adult members via 20-minute video consults and asynchronous messaging around: Weight loss/weight gain concerns
- Prenatal counseling
- Gestational diabetes results and testing
- Preparation for breastfeeding nutrition
- Prenatal / Postpartum/ Fertility nutrition
- Nausea/can't keep food down/how to reintroduce appetite
- PCOS
- Eating Disorders
- Capture encounter summary documentation in our practice management system, MPractice
- Collaborate with Maven’s Care Delivery team to ensure member needs are met, including recommendations for in-person referrals and follow-ups
- Serve as an ambassador of Maven’s unique care model, providing culturally humble care and championing our belief that better outcomes for women and families mean a better world for everyone

Additional Information
- This is a 1099, contract position
- Must be residing in Germany
- Must be fluent in English and German
- Provide direct member care for 5-10 hours per week
- Must own an iOs device (iPhone or iPad) that can be updated past iOs16
- Must have access to a laptop computer with strong and reliable internet access
- Must be comfortable providing care through a digital health platform
- Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including but not limited to qualifications for the role, specialization, and contract type
