CVS Health is hiring a Nurse Practitioner to deliver holistic, evidence-based primary and family care for MinuteClinic. This full-time hybrid role involves providing care in both in-clinic and telehealth settings as part of a team dedicated to building a world of health around every consumer in a uniquely connected, convenient, and compassionate way.
What You'll Do
- Provide primary and family care, including accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management of health problems, health counseling, and disposition planning.
- Conduct patient assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans, and health counseling.
- Perform administrative duties related to clinic operations and patient follow-up.
- Deliver virtual care via a secure telehealth platform with full EHR documentation.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to ensure continuity of care.
- Work 30 hours in clinic and 10 hours of telehealth in a remote setting.
What We're Looking For
- Active, unrestricted FNP license and active state license.
- Minimum of 1 year of Nurse Practitioner experience.
- BLS certification and ability to pass a respirator FIT test.
- Willingness to obtain multi-state licensure for telehealth responsibilities.
- Proficiency in EHR (EPIC preferred) and strong communication skills.
- Access to broadband internet and a private, professional remote workspace for telehealth duties.
- Master’s Degree from an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner program with current National Board Certification and State of Employment license to practice.

- 2+ years of Nurse Practitioner experience.
