ISTA Personnel Solutions South Africa is hiring a Nurse Engagement Coordinator to support a US-based healthcare client. In this remote role, you will manage and support current and prospective nurses to ensure they feel engaged, heard, and well-supported.
What You'll Do
- Extract and analyze data from Coach Up Care to monitor clinician engagement and identify high-risk or flight-risk nurses.
- Send regular reports on engagement metrics to relevant team members.
- Conduct regular check-ins with nurses, capturing feedback and documenting engagement.
- Record all interactions and relevant information accurately in QuickBase.
- Execute outreach tasks and targets as assigned by the team lead.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in employee engagement, client support, or a healthcare-related environment.
- High emotional intelligence and strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally, adhering to HIPAA compliance.
- Ability to work independently and manage sensitive information with discretion.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- A fixed fibre line with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps (upload & download) and the ability to support a wired Ethernet connection.
- A reliable power backup solution to manage load shedding and power outages.
