At Bariendo, we're on a mission to cure obesity. We're looking for a Nurse Coordinator to be the first point of contact for patients and a crucial part of making their weight loss journey feel smooth, supported, and stress-free. You'll deliver our signature 6-star care as a Nurse Patient Concierge in our fast-paced, remote digital weight loss environment, joining a team of innovators transforming thousands of lives.
What You'll Do
- Deliver 6-star service as the warm, welcoming presence patients first encounter via phone, text, or email.
- Act as a primary point of contact for patients on clinical and care-related questions, escalating appropriately to providers.
- Partner with Bariendo’s procedure centers to confirm accurate bookings, review patient charts for completeness, and coordinate outstanding requirements.
- Monitor incoming communications, answer phone calls, and anticipate patient needs before they arise.
- Maintain accurate records across systems, ensure compliance with regulations like HIPAA, and support documentation workflows.
What We're Looking For
- Active RN license.
- 3+ years of patient-facing clinical experience.
- Experience delivering care or care coordination virtually (phone, text, telehealth).
- Detail-oriented and reliable.
- Warm, clear communicator.
- Operationally sharp and adaptable, confident discussing pricing and payment options in a direct-pay model.
Nice to Have
- Experience in weight management or bariatric care (obesity medicine, bariatric surgery, endoscopy, or medical weight-loss clinics).
- Fluent in Spanish.

- Compensation: $80,000–$95,000 + equity.
