Responsibilities
- Review and refine AI-generated outputs across topics such as notarial acts, document authentication, regulatory compliance, and certification processes
- Evaluate AI responses for legal accuracy, clarity, and real-world notarial applicability
- Draft realistic notarial scenarios informed by your direct professional experience—such as witnessing signatures, certifying copies, or authenticating documents
- Create variations of scenarios from different perspectives (e.g. notary, candidate notary, client, or regulator)
- Identify missing details, oversimplifications, or weak logic in AI-generated notarial content
Requirements
- A licensed notary, candidate notary, or legal professional with practical experience in notarial matters (with EU/UK focus preferred)
- Based in and eligible to work in the EU or UK
- Several years of experience in document authentication, verification, compliance, or similar areas
- Strong ability to assess legal reasoning and distinguish between theoretical and practical compliance
- Comfortable working independently and providing structured, critical feedback
- Available for 8–20 hours per week, with near-term availability
